I’ve been thinking about this for a while now, especially since Christmas is approaching, and I would love to see a white Christmas in Chicago. I would love to see Chicago blanketed in snow and play in it with Zora. When has Chicago seen a white Christmas, and is one predicted for 2023?

According to an article on the Fox affiliate, the last time Chicago saw snow on Christmas Day was last year, for a total of one inch. Five years earlier, two inches, and the year before that, another two inches. Seeing one or two inches in the city for Christmas is fine, but for some strange reason, I want a blizzard to come through for a holiday. Am I weird to want that?

While watching news reports, the trend looks like Chicago will be above normal and see no snow on Christmas Day. The city saw snow on Halloween, which happened a few years ago. I guess if I want a white Christmas, I may have to move to Colorado or Alaska for that one.

That’s it for today. I’ll see you in the next post!
