August is finally here! Upcoming is Zora’s first day of school later this month and prepping her to have a really successful school year, I’m ordering a few blank tumblers for a project, and my favorite time of year, Blogtober, is on the way!

First, on the docket, Zora begins school on the twenty-first of this month. She’s registered for school, got her uniform, and working on her school supplies. I have the wish list of what she needs to bring to school, but I’m not getting all of them because I am on a budget, and trying to get a house. My monthly spending on Amazon has to come to a standstill unless it’s a necessary purchase for her. I can forget about myself for now.

I want to get some items off Amazon so I can breathe a bit easier. I am planning my first-ever fall-themed tumbler I want to make. Today, I began listing the items I want to purchase on a scrap piece of paper that I need to transfer onto a Google Doc or a Word document, whichever one I decide to go with first. I may even film the progress and make a couple of Halloween-themed tumblers as well. The tumblers I choose to write a tutorial on may be a part of Blogtober.

Speaking of Blogtober, I am writing out the posts that need research, and for me to watch some movies ahead of time. I hope I can get a book or two read before October 1st came around. I would also like to have the majority of posts already written and scheduled out to free up some time for more posts and gather images I’m going to need.

I think that’s it for today. I have to do chores and defrost a whole chicken. I’ll see you in the next post!
