Happy Tuesday, readers! I just want to tell you what a typical day is like in the apartment of myself and Zora.

At 4 a.m., I typically wake up to the sound of the alarm on my phone. In the event I do not hit the snooze button, I get out of bed and get myself ready by taking a shower, washing my face, brushing my teeth, and putting on my contact lenses. When I’m done and ready, I wake up Zora so that she can put on her uniform for school, wash her face, and brush her teeth.

We leave the apartment by 5 a.m. I drop off Zora at her grandma’s home so she can go to school, as I have to be at work at 6 a.m. I get to work and put in my eight hours, doing what is required of me. I’m off at 2 p.m., allowing me some time to run errands and handle some household chores. I make dinner for the two of us and pick up Zora from the after-school program.

When we get home, we have dinner. I give Zora her bath, help her with her homework, and we watch some television. When it’s time for bed, we snuggle up and watch a YouTube video of cats playing. The next day, we do it all over again unless it’s a weekend or a holiday.

That’s it for now. I’ll see you all tomorrow!
