Family, I ate my entire weight in food. Can someone roll me over to my bed so I can sleep until December 1st? I feel a nap coming on.

I’m thinking about the various ways to eat the turkey as the days wind down toward 2024. I saved some turkey pieces to make chili, gravy, dressing, and sandwiches. I put the rest in Ziplock bags to save for another day. I have plenty of other leftovers I may freeze for the days I don’t want to cook, roughly 85% of the time.

Today is Saturday, and I am staring at the bags and bins with Christmas stuff in them, getting ready to do inventory. I didn’t want to be lazy, so I enlisted Zora to help clean up our apartment. The clothes were washed and put away yesterday, and I need some new sheets and a holiday comforter set or five. I must go to Dollar Tree, Dollar General, Family Dollar, and a big box retailer for comforter sets, holiday decorations, and miscellaneous items. Curbside assistance will be my best friend for the next few weeks.

I am working on my Blogmas posts and preparing to show my face on YouTube for Vlogmas. I’m doing both challenges for 12 days leading up to Christmas Day and taking a break until mid-January 2024. I must ensure my camera equipment is ready to handle the workload and my mind is sharp enough to tackle writing and video editing. Someone pass the bottle of wine, please.

That’s it for now. I hope you all had a safe and Happy Thanksgiving, and I’ll see you in the next post!
